Hot Chocolate

1 Cup Water
1 tablespoon - 3 tablespoons high quality unsweetened cocoa
1-2 envelopes Splenda
Cinnamon Stick, optional
1 tsp or more vanilla, optional
1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream

Put water in saucepan, whisk in the cocoa and Splenda. Add cinnamon stick if you like.

I like to bring this to a small boil and then turn off the heat and let it steep for awhile, but you don't have do.

Add the cream and vanilla and heat but don't boil.

This is so much better than the powered gunk that you'll be ashamed that you ever served anything else.

Cocoa is low-carb -- doesn't that prove there's a loving God?
