Chocolate Mousse

1 packet unflavored gelatin
1/3 cup unsweetened high quality cocoa
4-6 packets Splenda
1 cup wter mixed with 1/3 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup cold water
1 teaspoon vanilla, or more

Put cocoa, Splenda, vanilla, water and cream mixture in blender and blend.

Put the 1/4 cup cold water in a small saucepan and sprinkle gelatin on top. Stir and heat on medium until it dissolves.

Drizzle the gelatin through the lid of the blender while running.

Pour into little ramekins or bowl and chill 2 hours.

I think this tastes like what you'd get at a fancy restaurant.
