Cheese Nips

Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Parchment Paper
Lawry's Seasoned Salt

What I do is tear off enough parchment paper (nothing else in the known universe will work -- don't even try wax paper unless you want inedible cheese art) to cover the bottom of a pie pan and crunch it up so that if sorta fits in the bottom.

Shake out a solid layer of the shredded cheese in the bottom of the pie plate.

Microwave for 2 and a half minutes and test to see if it's crunchy. Keep going in 20 second increments until you get what you like. If you shake Lawry's Seasoned Salt over these, they taste to me a lot like the Cheese Nips crackers.

These are great with guacamole, hot sauce, and with chili as a kind of faux Frito Pie.

TACO SHELLS: To make taco shells, fold the big circle over in half and let dry as a shell. Tacos made with these are a lot of fun, tasty, and very filling.
