Cheese!

My husband has a saying, "I'll eat dirt if you put cheese on it." He also ate broccoli, spinach, salads, zuchinni, ad infinitum, to lose a good 50 pounds without really working too hard, because I put cheese on all those things.

Remember, this is low carb land - you can be reasonably generous with cheese and cheese sauces.
