Butter!

Butter is the essence of living low carb -- it's how we know that God loves us and wants us to be happy.

You've probably grown up thinking butter was evil and margarine was holy, and now it turns out it's the other way around.

The practical result of this is that a lot of foods that you think you don't like only fall in that category because you've never had them drenched in butter.

Particularly vegetables. Try making cabbage stir-fried in a minimal amount of water, then adding a generous dollop of butter. Same with all those greens you know you should be eating -- kale, collard greens, spinach, turnip greens. When you add butter, it shifts them into a new glorious existence.

And how many carbs does butter have again? Oh, zero.
