Almond Flour Biscuits

2 1/2 cups almond flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup full-fat plain unsweetened yoghurt
2 beaten eggs.

For sweet biscuits:
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
Cardamon, orange zest, etc.

For savory biscuits:
1/2 cup or more shredded cheese
Chopped green onion or garlic to taste

Mix up the dry ingredients, then add the wet ingredients. Don't overmix.

Drop by spoonfuls onto greased baking sheet; bake in 350 oven for 10-15 minutes, until golden.

When I'm making sweet biscuits, I usually sprinkle some Splenda, or a splenda/cinnamon mix on the top as they're cooling. Great with sugar-free jam.

I've had some limited success making corndogs with this batter.
