Pixellation Animation (stop motion with people)
You'll need a digital camera and appropriate supplies -- you can use people or objects to make pretty cool stop motion movies - try illustrating math concepts or telling an event from history!
These are actually made with Fireworks, back when all my students had was Fireworks.
